ABOUT SISCAD
The Sovereign Independent State of the Caribbean Diaspora (SISCAD) arises from the culmination of centuries and decades of mismanagement of the affairs of the Caribbean people, first by external colonial usurpers and then by our own elected corrupt Caribbean national political leaders.

SISCAD is a resolve by we the people to join as a unified Caribbean for the upliftment and progress of our peoples and our progeny. We hereby form a state of Caribbean nationals and elect our own leaders from amongst ourselves to advance our vision of a first-world united Caribbean through united political action.
